Does oolong tea help you become healthier or thinner?

I want to make something i love into something good.
you know the saying how things you like to eat are usually bad for you?
i hope this one's good for me. :)

    Yes, Oolong tea and most black tea is well studied to contain antioxidants that is good for health. Bcos it contains caffeine too, it helps u stay alert during the day and hopefully helps you to lose or maintain your weight.

    All teas whether green black or brown will be beneficial as they contain a high amount of anti oxidents. These antioxidents gets rid of free radicals produced during normal metabolic activities.The end result is improved immunity, healthier skin and increased metabolic and digestive functions. Being healthier is what I'll vote for, but consistent tea drinkers tend not to be overweight.
