The answer is not that clear cut, why green tea is so popular is because of its high antioxidant levels. Green tea is also very cheap and contains caffeine and that is why companies use it in there fat loss supplements. However, there is a reason that there are so many different weight loss supplements, and that cause they don’t work. Seriously, now caffeine Will help you with energy and mental focus which can make working out more beneficial, but again its not a solution. I know you probably have been told this before but the ONLY true way to honestly burn fat and keep it off is to make the lifestyle change, eating right and getting physically active, working out, sports, anything that gets you moving consistently. Just remember it didn’t take over night to put the weight on, its sure not going to take overnight to lose it.

Yes, they work. And the best part is that when you are taking something to lose weight, at the same time you think when you are eating and this make you eat less.
Green tea is also good as beverage, i add green tea to flavored water, does not taste bad and it is good for health. ( I take green tea out of the tea bag and mix in a milk shaker , children don’t like the small particles of tea ). i lost 8 pounds and still eat cakes, bread, chocolate, milk, and complete meals.
