I don't know if it works - I've been drinking it for only 3 days. But I don't notice any side effects. It tastes like average green tea, and I'm strating to think this is what it really is. I'll give it a little more time though before I draw my conclusions.
What you notice if you order it they also send you a diet and excersise plan. I think it's not the tea, it the diet and excersise that goes with it that does the trick. I don't do their diet and excersise. Maybe that's why I don't feel any different.
