I bought a box and they make no real mention of their "Pure White Tea" having anti oxidants. They even go as far to say that "black and green tea are a good source of anti oxidants" No mention of white tea.
Should I stick to the Green Tea?

I'm not familiar with Twining's white tea, but it is true that white tea contains more antioxidants than other teas.
The reasons are that 1) white tea is harvested earlier in the spring than other teas, so that the leaves still have all the antioxidants that the plant has made during the winter, and 2) that white tea is less processed than other teas. Processing tends to destroy the antioxidants.
Studies show that white tea contains up to three times as much antioxidants as green tea does. Some group white tea in with the greens, but this is technically incorrect.
