Hi I am looking to try oolong tea… supposedly it can help you lose weight (fat), but I can't seem to understand how tea can make you slimmer. Would like to know if you have tested it and what results you got, good or bad. Is it better than green tea? What's the difference? Anything to boost my healthy eating diet and exercise regime to lose fat and tone up seems helpful, just don't want to waste my time and most importantly money! If you can help, it would be much appreciated!
Also I already am eating a healthy balanced calorie and fat controlled diet and exercise regularly. I am not a lazy fat slob sitting in front of a tv all day with an idea that drinking tea alone will make me lose weight. I am a size 10 and have a bmi of 20.4 so am already quite slim, just want to lose 8 more lbs to still be within my bmi but at lowest possible weight. I have a bit of podge on my belly and wanna tone the rest of my body too so am working on that. Just want to know id anyone else has managed to lose weight by drinking that oolong tea. A non patronising answer would be great! thanks!

head to the gym or do a lot more walking & eat less calories than you have been - this more than any tea will give you the results you are after!

Got some from ebay, made one cup and threw the rest in the bin as it tastes like dragon turd.

No idea - but I do know that it takes more than tea. You need balanced nutrition and exercise. Supplements help also.
I was recommended a shapeworks programme by a friend of mine and I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks. Felt great, loads of energy, and have kept the weight off for 6 years.
