Does Wu-Yi tea or other chinese tea's work to lose weight!?

I from UK, Amersham on the hill

i have been trying to find out others thing that help lose weight. i still go to sliming club exercise every weeks on weds. i need more help to lose more weight.

I weight 20 stone and my height is 5 ' 7 and i am 21 year old, i relly badly want to lose 8 or 9 stone.

I am never happy the way i am and I hoping to know about this Wu-Yi tea or other chinese tea's that can help me even i still go to sliming club.

If there any good news and any hopes for me to lose 8 or 9 stone let me know please.

20 stone mean i am overweight not heathly. 8 stone mean weight 12 stone is healthy weight if you get what i mean

      i tried it but i didnt feel any different. i think herbalife works best i lost 5 pounds in 1 week.

      Green tea, and presumably Wu-Yi, do speed up your metabolism and thus help the weight loss process. BUT, the effect really isn't that much. Weight loss is, at its core, simple: eat fewer calories than you burn. Of course, this is much easier said than done. Here are some tips.

      1)Boost your fiber in-take. Fiber does not get absorbed by your body as readily as other nutrients but it fills you up. Helps digestion and helps with portion control (eat a salad, no or light dressing, before lunch and dinner)

      2) In fact, skip lunch and dinner. Instead, try eating 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day. Shoot for 250 or so calories per meal…. Bowl of cereal +fruit, wrap (no mayo), grilled chicken breast, etc… You should shoot to be never hungry never full. If you need to snack, veggies are great. Lots of baby carrots.

      3)Why drive when you can walk? You should try to be as physically active as possible. If you can walk 45+ minutes a day (earlier is better) it will burn calories and get your metabolism up.

      4) Ditch the starch, grease, and sugar. Simple rule: if it tastes too good it probably is. Switch to whole grains, eat fruit if you absolutely must get something sweet (not fruit juice, just fruit.)

      5) Drink a ton of water.

      6) Patience and dedication. This is the most important part. You want to lose a huge percentage of your weight. I don't know what a stone is, so I don't know if its healthy or not. But its not an overnight battle. Its a lifestyle thing.
