Heres a good article describing how Green Tea is helpful in weight loss. http://home-gyms-fitness.com/2007/10/29/losing-weight-the-green-tea-way/

Regular green tea isn’t the best supplement for losing weight. There are much better products out there that have additional products in them that curb appetite, burn fat, and all of that good stuff.

Wu-Yi is really helpful. However there are some scams. Make sure you read up on whatever product you come accross. I am a personal trainer and am currently looking at Wu Yi Pixie Pack. It’s new and from what I see so far is amazing.
Honestly though, it’s a personal decision. A lot of people like it in it’s true tea form where as others like a refreshing fruity drink. I DO know for a FACT that Ultra Lean Green works if that helps. I am close to coming to a positive decisive answer on Wu-Yi Pixie Pack as well. So I hope that helps you Sheeba!

Wu Yi Source is a scam in my opinion. Mainly because of the price they are charging for tea bags. i have researched this alot. I received and emial a few weeks ago on a new product called Wu Yi Pixie Pack that is manufactured by a different company. this product also contains oolong tea from Wu Yi in China but 30 times the amount as a Wu Yi Source tea bag. Plus contains 20 times the amount of green tea as a regular Green Tea Bag. It also contains Citrimax AND a B vitamins for energy. If you looking to lose weight, your going to have to drink an aweful lot of tea to get results like the Wu Yi Pixie Pack. It also contains less than half the caffeine of a soda. pretty impressive. In my opinion you get alot more for your money. I bought mine here> http://offer.wuyipixiepack.com/?affiliateid=BMan1

Please forgive: This is NOT about Green Tea … I followed a link to here … but since someone is trying to ’sell’ me a special product that is ‘proprietary’ I’m not interested … but I AM interested in sharing some knowledge from my personal experience … and it is for the woman at the top of this thread who wanted to lose weight and had to struggle for every pound lost … so this is about another concept NOT including tea (at least I never used tea during my time with this lifestyle approach). If you want to know about ‘tea’ you needn’t read any further. The concept for the woman who struggled to lose weight: eating uncooked food … I guess when I did it, ate exclusively raw food, I was called a “raw vegan”. I lost so much weight so easily that I was actually embarrassed to tell my friends how much weight I really lost. However, at the time of my greatest loss - at a weight that I hadn’t had since I was 19 - almost 40 years ago - people were actually caling me skinny! I didn’t think I was … my BMI was still a bit high … but … hey … I’ll take the compliments whenever and wherever they come from. I’m a guy who had a bit of a ‘basketball’ belly … In less than 6 months I lost about 50 pounds. I was actually down to 200 pounds from a high of POSSIBLY 265 pounds … but since I traveled extensively in Asia and elegantly to Alaska last year … I started back to cooked foods and am up to about 220 and it doesn’t feel good. BUT I KNOW what to do to bring myself back to where I want to be. It’s just that I love the culinary gems of … well … everywhere!
I did NOT undertake this lifestyle change to ‘raw’ in order to lose weight, however. I did it because I thought that I was eating myself sick when I awoke in the middle of the night with acid reflux. I had some amazing results and quickly … and was delighted with weight coming off my belly. I no longer got up to urinate in the middle of the night, my snoring almost ceased completely, I had amazingly high energy levels and never got low blood sugar in the afternoons, I had an even MORE positive and happy disposition (they actually refer to something called the ‘raw food high’ … and I started looking younger. As a 55 year old, that was a happy bonus! Maybe it’s genetics … but … I easily get by for an early 40’s kinda guy … and those are the high end estimates. What happens, I believe, when we eat ‘raw’ … the BODY’S intelligence kicks in and the restoration and rejuvenation take place according to a higher plan and not MY plan. So I was a bit concerned about not pulling in my belt an extra inch every couple of weeks after about three months of raw. But then my daughter said that my face looked younger and that I had lost weight from my neck … and sure enough … I had lost weight from my arms and thighs, too! And my legs, I thought were pretty powerful but they obviously had more weight than necessary. And then, after another three months or so … the belly started shrinking again. I had to buy a new wardrobe! But HAPPY to do so.
No, I did NO exercise. I’m busy.
Okay … why ‘raw’? I had read a RADICAL book called “Nature’s First Law” and the THREE authors agreed that “cooked food is poison”. Pretty wild stuff and if there had been only ONE authro … I would not be telling you this story. They are still pretty far out … but then … I look at MY results and the results of others and … I mean … CHECK IT OUT for yourself. Perhaps the most articulate woman in the raw food movement is Nora Lenz. Google her. Look at her pictures of before and after. If you see her picture in the blue bikini where at the age of 47 or 48 she looks like she’s 18 … you’ll ‘understand’ that this is something to check out. Also, the poster girl for weight loss and transformation is Angela Stokes. See her at almost 300 pounds and then … see her at less than half that weight and you will see the most incredible transformation. Period. Google anyone who is into ‘raw’ … Shazzie has a really nice site but just use the power of the Google search engine and find out what you want to … whether it’s personal transformation or recipes. You’ll also probably find out that Demi Moore, Alicia Silverstone, Woody Harrelson are (or were?) ‘raw’ and Pierce Brosnan has been linked with ‘raw’. Carol Alt, supermodel, has written a book or two about ‘raw’ and how she no longer had to fight to keep the pounds off as a model … the ‘raw’ diet does it for her without her needing to worry about the extra pounds … and she’s not terribly young, is she? But she IS terribly beautiful, to me.
Google is great, isn’t it? You can find out all sorts of information that might help save a life. OR help a person get ‘back into the game’ …
Anyway, with raw … you don’t need to buy anything from anyone … just unprocessed foods from the grocery store and you can just prepare them as you like. SOME raw recipes emulate cooked products … fine … but perhaps, ultimately, we will all be eating natural, simple foods … and not being so elaborate … although I’m a great cook and a pretty good raw food preparer … but … hey … a simple apple is that not perfection?
Think of the time saved if eating unprocessed, uncooked fruits, vegetables, and nuts.
I wish you all well in your journey. Be kind to yourselves and enjoy the breath of Life that you have been blessed with. Love those around you … and create a place of feeling good about yourself … EVEN if you weigh twice what you think you should weigh. You ARE beautiful. You ARE important. You ARE belonging here. You ARE loved. And you ARE exquisite.
Life is good.
