so i was thinking… the little leaves in the green tea bag
is it ok to rip open the bag, put them in my drink and drink the little leaves?

I doubt that their would be more benifit because all the nutrients are all ready extracted from the leaves themselves, but I doubt they would be harmful as many people in China eat tea leaves and use them as any other herb.
