ive my routine of doing a 30minutes of exercise a day, but sometimes, i feel lazy to do so, and most of the time i'll spend in front of my laptop chatting, surfing the net. but will drinking green tea [i know it burn calories], but i just wanna know how far it helps in keeping a good health. [besides antioxidants, anti inflammatory, etc,etc]
