Will this work? My bf is trying to lose weight. He’s thinking of starting to drink the above, in his first steps to stop drinking fruit juices. He has a little bit of belly fat (ie his abs disappeared a coupla months ago). He works out and follows a diet, but still drinks pomegranate juice after meals and beer on the weekends when he goes to town.

I don't really think it's the juice, but maybe the beer that is causing the disappearing abs trick. Hence, the term, "beer belly" LOL !! Sorry had to say that. Empty calories. Also could be what he is EATING, not drinking.
