I’m a big tea person, theres no doubt about it.
But lately the last few weeks i’ve been drinking a lot of green tea with meals. As i work a lot, and i need a good amount of caffine to keep me going, and i find that on my tens or what not at work i can get in a glass of tea while i snack, to kind of give me a little boost.
But lately in the last week i’ve been noticing that i’ll be eating a meal, and having a glass of grean tea with it, and i’ll feel extremely full, but after finishing the tea, minute later i’m starving again, I know green tea helps boost your medabilism, but, is this normal? I’m eating like, full meals, its not like i’m only snacking.
Just trying to see if this is natural.

Sometimes hunger is mistaken for thirst. Tea while green is better than most is not as hydrating as water. It still has a small amount of caffeine, the best thing is water. drink a glass wait 5-10 minutes and see if you are still hungry. most people walk around mildly dehydrated without ever realizing it. they think they are hungry/tired/headachy/nauseous for other reasons.
