drinking nothing but slimfast, water, and green tea?

if i eat nothing and drink slim fast for breakfast and dinner, green tea b4 bed and water throughout the day, how many pounds can i lose in 10 days??

pls do not tell me not to do it cuz imma do it regardless. pls read and answer the question. i will not die from malnutrition bcuz slim fast has vitamins plus i will be taking multi vitamins also.

      ok, you will lose weight. probably about 10lbs. but as soon as you start eating like a human again it will all come back on and probably more b/c your metabolism will be so slow.

      include exercise and you'll eventually lose 10 lbs.

      Hey i lose 10 pounds within10 days by eating small portion meal, light snacks, drank plenty of water, and exercise.

      You would lose between 10 to 14lbs in ten days. However that's not at all very healthy. Your putting your stomach into starvation mode, aka panic mode. Your body will be eating it's self if you don't feed yourself, thus causing bulimia and a slight chance of cancer.

      It's never good to put your body in starvation mode because once you start eating again, you'll gain the weight faster then it took you to lose it, and in many cases, you gain twice the weight.

      Trust me, just exercise and eat 1200 calories per day. Drinking a crap load of water, a gallon per day is highly recommended and go on a diet. I did exactly that and I've lost 18lbs in one month.

      Slimfast Tells you that you are supposed to have One good Full meal a day — with the slimfast shakes

      If you are going to do it, only do it for a limited time.
      Or you could wake up, a week later in hospital with drips in your arms having gained several pounds.

      Eat sensible or your body could shut itself down, to conserve energy

      Try eating three meals a day — no snacking plus do some exercise.. even if it is just walking more and climbing stairs.

      Vitamins are good….. cod liver oil is good too for both your brains and bones
