Questions:
1. Is it effective?
2. Is it not a scam?
3. Is their FREE TRIAL 2-week supply for $4.95 true or do they automatically charge you and ship you their product after the 2 weeks trial?
just curious coz my sis has been talking non-stop about this so pls feel email me about the details. tnx in advance!

It's just another translation of "oolong tea" which you can buy in any grocery store. It's absolutely identical to oolong in every way — they just promote it as a super weight-loss potion. Any tea — especially green tea, but also, to a lesser extent, oolong — will cause a slight increase in your metabolism, but to see significant weight loss you'd need to drink around 20 cups a day. Since this would cause serious health issues (caffeine overload, the likelihood of kidney stones, and so on), it's not a great idea to drink so much.
Green or oolong tea (whatever kind you drink) is good for you, but you should limit your consumption to 6 cups a day at the most. If you pay extra for wu-yi, you're a sucker.

I read this review on chooseyourdiet.com
I tried the Wu-Yi tea, drinking two cups a day for two weeks and eating a sensible diet. It did not have any effect It took 24 days to receive the product. They offer a "free 30-day supply" of tea for which you are chanrged 6.95. They then automatically charge you 37.00 for the tea and automatically enroll you in an auto ship program. To cancel you have to find their telephone number in the small print on their order confirmation e-mail. When you call you are then given a message stating that they have to have all cancelations in writing. You have to play this message repeatedly to understand what they are saying. Eventually you might get it and go to their web site to leave a message to cancel. They will then Email you the following: They will refund your money after you return the tea, if it arrives in a timely manner, but they do not return the 6.95 shipping & insurance cost or the money it costs you to return the tea or all the time you spent trying to figure out how to cancel.

It is a scam. They will send you the tea to try for 4.95 or 6.95 which is only the shipping. After 14 days they will charge you 29.95 for the product you already received and you had better cancel or they will soon charge you even more and ship another box. The stuff does nothing!!! And it’s not even good tea. It has a bit of a twang to it, not very pleasant.
