Everytime I drink Arizona Green Tea I get a headache. Does this happen to anyone or can someone tell me why?

Its not the caffeine and there are no artifical sweetners.

I would guess it has somethign to do with your blood sugar levels. Eating or drinking something sweet on an empty stomach can wreak havoc on your blood sugar levels. It can make them drop or be too high, depending on whether you are hypo- or hyper- glycemic state, and cause a headache.

U get a headache because green tea contains coffein which increases blood pressure. It can often be more powerful than a coffee.

Yes, it does the same thing to me and I think it is the sweetener that they use in it, because there are other drinks that I have tried that also give me headaches. And they use the same sweeteners. I guess even though it tastes good, that we just can’t drink it.
