I am on a low calorie diet and I do cardio for about 30 minutes 5 times a week and I also walk about 1.5 miles 5 days a week. I know diet pills are bad for you, and I am looking for something to give me energy and raise my metabolism. I was wondering what brand of green tea to use that is best for you. And how much I should drink of it a day?
I didn't know if the Lipton brand tea bags were the same as a brand I could get from a health food store.

Green tea just has vitiman C in it which makes it an anti oxidant . Lots of vitiman C is good for your immune system. I like Arizona green tea just cause it tastes good they make diet green tea too. I tried to make my own green tea but that didn't turn out very tastie so i just buy it in a bottle

u can make ur own but it'll be bland and if u r going to make ur own then make sure not to brew it than the time recommended, b.c then it'll taste bitter. and green tea has caffeine not as much as coffee though. i buy organic Biglow green tea from Sam's, but Celestial or Nomi(kind of expensive and at gourmet stores) also makes really good green tea.
