Get Lost Herbal Tea - any good?

I was getting some stuff at my school’s bookstore and noticed all of these different herbal teas from The Republic of Tea. I ended up grabbing the “get lost, herb tea for weight control” one. Two questions: Does it actually do anything? And (this is probably a stupid question, but I’m not familiar with teas via bags) does it have any calories when made?
