Two good ones are naturally decaffeinated green tea, or chamomile tea (sometimes spelled Camomile). Both are soothing.

My mom loves chamomile tea. It does not have to be expensive, just sth. from Trader Joe's is good enough. nightie night.

Some herbs for teas
chamomile - some people don't have a relaxant efects from this. I'm one of them so I use other herbs like hops, oats (not oatmeal but the actual plant) and passiflora (passionflower) and lemon balm. You can get these in bulk at a larger natural foods market.

I would suggest Chamomille Tea as the best source for helping you relax and fall asleep fast.

Do you have insomia?
My herbal drink is the solution to your problem. It is comprised of 5 power herbs. The most powerful herb, moringa, is even known to cure cancer. I used to have insomia and it disappeared when I started drinking this.
