What are the Health benefits of white tea? Allthough i know the health benefits of green tea, but is there any more health benefits if you use bigelow novus teas?(http://www.bigelowtea.com/shop/details.cfm?si=1&sc=31&pi=02970)
That goes for both white and green. What is the difference between those novus teas and regular teas?
Thanks!
Also any info about health benefits of both the teas is appreciated.

Both Green tea, white tea & black tea are from the same plant being Camelia sinensis but the difference lies in how they are prepared.
Black tea is heavily steamed, green lightly steamed & white tea lightly steamed too. The diff between green and white is that green is from mature leaves and white is from new buds… hence the higher anti oxidant count.
As with all teas they both contain caffeine… so don't drink for at least an hour before bed so that your sleep isn't affected. Caffeine is also a diuretic so remember the more you drink caffeine containing fluids the more water you'll have to replace that you've lost through urination.
