Okay so I roughly weigh 140 pounds and I want to get down to 130 pounds. It's just a few extra flab in some areas…and I was told that tea can reduce it away. Now i know it's not like a MIRACLE, but does it work? Has anyone had any experience with tea and some weight loss? And if so, what tea and for how long. I'm not fat…well I don't think I am, I'd just like (all people) want to lose ten pounds.

No tea will help you loose weight beyond caffeine effects.
