green tea affect?

ok so recently i just started drinking like 20 cups of green tea a day
and i was wondering what are the positive and negative affects of green tea
also any of people who have tried it to lose weight, did it help??
i also just started this
im 14 by the way

      postive : speeds up your metabolism, negative : makes u pee a LOT!!!

      It can help boost your metabolism, but that much can also give you the runs.

      Woaah 20 CUPS of green tea?
      When I tried drinking that, I drank that to lose weight… I woke up in the middle of the night to go take a number 2. Hahaha xD Well for the first few days I had to poo alot! But after that, my body got used to it then I didnt hafat go poo that much, ahaha

      And i only drank 2 glasses a day…
      Maybe I have a different one? hahahaha xD

      You should be drinking real bulk green tea…99% of pre-bagged Green Tea is garbage, and not strong enough.

      I prefer Sencha from Peet's.

      20 cups a day is probably too much caffeine, and you're on the road to hypertension.

      Despite having Theanine in Green Tea, which is a natural relaxant - 20 cups, over 100 ozs. a day is asking too much.

      You're probably trying to lose weight, just a hunch.

      So, in addition to what you're doing - I recommend taking mega doses of Niacin and sitting in the sauna(a real one) for 45 minutes a day while sipping ice water. You'll purge the excess toxins and maybe reduce the caffeine intake a bit.

      As for nutrition, I recommend products like FRS Energy, POM Light Tea, Water with Emergen-C - to add some vitamins and raise your ORAC levels(antioxidant). And you know the rest, proper exercise, resistance training, adequate rest.

      Speaking of rest, consider taking 5-HTP and Zinc(30mg) a day, to assist in your quality of sleep.
