I have a few questions about things I use in the kitchen.
Does black pepper have any negative or positive effect whatsoever on our bodies? Also, is it better to drink all natural green tea brewed or take green tea caplets, what sort of effect will it make? The box says to protect from free radicals but I don’t really understand.
Cutting out soda alone, will it really make a difference if you substitute with tea 1 cup sugar per gallon?

Black pepper has no effect on the body unless you are allergic to it. Green tea is extremely healthy. It’s very good for you circulatory system and you heart. It has no caffeine as other teas do have….Enjoy
