Green Tea and weight loss?
As green tea is known to help weight loss by lowering the absorption rate of lipids (fats) into the body, would it work better before or after a meal?
And as it increases energy expenditure, would it be sensible to work out after drinking a cup of it, so that the energy expenditure is still higher?
Thanks for any help!

Based on what I know about the research to date, medical studies haven't even proven that green tea does lead to weight loss.
That said, green tea is a healthy drink and it wouldn't hurt to include it in your diet. If I were you, I'd drink it whenever it felt "right" (in other words, whenever you feel like it fits in your day).
And don't drink too many cups or you may have trouble with too much caffeine. Cheers.

yes Green tea is amazing i believe since green tea has caffeine and research has shown that caffeine can help relieve muscle aches and fatigue during strenous exercise that it would be good to drink before working out. Also though it cant hurt to drink it afterward as well because after exercise your body is more responsive to nutrients for about the space of 1 hour. So my answer is Both!!!
