would drinking around 3 cups of green tea a day, along with eating healthy and doing around 40 minutes of cardio three times a week help you lose weight?

Green tea is great for you but will not cause you to lose weight. It CAN help in weight loss by assisting in speeding up your metabolism and it's a great detox.
