I know green tea raises your metabolism. But I’m not usually a big fan of the taste. It says 3 cups of green tea can burn an extra 80 calories on average. But what if I was to just use 1 cup but make it really strong. Would I get around the same results if I was to leave the bad in extra long. Would it work the same?
I don’t want any comments about how green tea won’t help me lose weight on its own. I am exercising and eating well and just want an extra boost…..

Why not drink flavoured green tea if you don't like the taste?
I drink Clipper green teas, they have many flavours that are really nice.

I don't think 1 cup would have the same effects as 3 cups, no matter how long you leave it in the cup.
You will hopefully get use to the taste of green tea and eventually like it. It is great stuff and full of antioxidants.
