What is better\more healthy? The green tea bags you buy in stores or the leaves that you actually have to drain yourself. Thanks!

I’d say the leaves. but the bags also would be good for putting on your eyes. If you’re tired that is. helps swelling etc.

Green tea leaves are much healthier for you. The bags usually have several vitamins and antioxidants removed, unless you have organic tea. Yet, even still the leaves are better.

Tea leaves are just that the leaf. What’s in the bags are what’s left over after the leaves have dried. The broken ones, bits and pieces. That’s the only difference.
Except for the taste, leaves are better.

some say the loose leaf tea leaves are healthier since they are less processed than the tea bags (or tea dust) you find in stores. But in my opinion, they’re both healthy for you because your drinking something that’s way better than soda, or juice, or milk. I use both tea bags and loose leaf tea. Tea bags or so much more convenient.
