i heard that if you drink green tea before bed it helps speed up your metabolism while you are sleeping and it "refreshes" your body by morning. they say the caffine keeps you awake, but i drink decaff. will this help for weight loss?

Green tea is good for anything! It cleans your insides and is good for weight loss. Of course you have to drink it without sugar or try a no calorie sweetener. I personally love it and should drink it more. One thing you could try, though, is honey vanilla chamomile tea. It is great with out sugar and since tea has no calories(usually) it could assist with weight loss.
