green tea before or after working out?

i heard that drinking green tea will help you lose more weight but do you drink it before or after you work out??

      it wouldnt hurt to drink it before, during, and after the workout. it can boost your metabolism and energy.

      Either is fine but I prefer afterwards. It speeds up metabolism so it's also a good thing to drink with breakfast. Drink water before and during work-out. Whatever you do, stay away from colored sugar waters such as Gatorade etc. — yes, they have electrolytes, but they're still empty calories.

      theirs these tiny single-use packets that you can buy at GNC that jackie chan came out with. they're really good, and its a perfect amount for a water bottle. if you cant stand the strong-ness, just stick a splenda or something in it.

      Yes you can lose weight drinking green tea. 6 cups a day is a good amount.

      I would drink evenly through the day. A good rule of thumb is to substitute your coffee or AM drink, your soda at lunch and your dinner drink with an 8 ounce glass of DIET or unsweetened green tea. I prefer arizona.

      It should not be the only thing you do for losing weight. There are several types of green tea, primarily Sencha and Gyokuro. The difference between the two lies in the way they are grown. Sencha is a higher grade tea grown in full sun; Gyokuro is grown in full shade. This article was very useful to me when deciding to use green tea as part of my diet.
