hi…i just need to lose about 4 kgs in a months time and i really dont get much time to workout at the same time im very weak at ignoring my temptations wen it comes to chocolates:)
i atleast take one small kitkat bar everyday if nothing else:)
after every meal i drink 1 or 2 cups of mint flavoured green tea and sqeeze half lemon in it…i dont add in suger or milk.
is this okay??…will it help me lose n shape up?:)
another thing…i just need to shape up from my sides and thighs.

I heard it does work, and it’s the best item these days to stay healthy.

Green tea has been proved to burn fat because of the antioxidants in the green tea combined with the caffeine in the green tea. IT must be like real teabag green tea though. not that stuff in the bottles. try not to get the decaf green tea, unless thats all your allowed to drink. but yes it wont be super effective unless you drink at least 3 cups a day, but it will help a lot. hope this helped

You could try mixing it up a little and drinking the tea before the meal. Why? In order to fill up a little on liquid. You will eat less and thus take in less calories. That is the key to weight loss, take in less calories than you burn each day.
