Green tea! Decaffeneited too?

June 20th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I have been drinking hot green tea (Zen brand) almost every morning for 2 years. For medical reasons, I have to give up my caffeine. The health benefits of Green Tea is undeniable after everything I have read and heard. However, can Lipton DECAF give me just as much benefits (antioxidants, etc.) as the fully loaded stuff? Thanks

Yes, that should be fine. The caffeine is added and isn't necessary for the health benefits.
