Green tea is something you can buy to drink, and save a lot of money compared to pills. It speeds up your metabolism, to burn off energy before it deposits as fat. Green tea is very helpful to prevent diabetes too. Just buy the green-tea tea bags and boil a cup of water, put in a tea bag, and sip a whole cup of that tea after each meal. Green tea has even more health benefits than just those two, such as reducing risk or even reversing asthma, and helping to prevent heart-disease and cancer because of its anti-oxidant qualities.
Hydroxycut pills worked like nothing else for me, to lose weight.
