green tea diet pills!?

are these just like vitamins and things..

in other words, i am trying to watch my carbs..and i know some green teas have a lot of carbs..is this true for the pills too?
okay..nevermind about the carbs thing..i guess i was just thinking about the nestea ones..but those probaly have sugar and things added.

      I would recommend simply drinking green tea… It is not full of carbs, i am not sure about pills, but I know that green tea is full of vitamins… it should be part of your daily diet… green tea that is. 4 cups a day, lol I just drink a cup in the am and then in the pm… I like it… its really yummy…

      Try TAZO, I get it at Wal-Mart, you can make it iced and or hot, add a couple splenda or sweet n low packets to sweeten it, i add 2 packets… Its good, really try it.

      No carbs in green tea but you should read the nutrition label on the bottle of pills.
