yes, it does help, but not so much as weight as other things, too.
It cleans your body out and gets rid of a lot of waste. Certain natural chemicals in green tea also relax you (despite that it’s caffeinated) and you feel over all rejuvenated. You’ll also start to loose any overly tenacious appetite you might have.

Apparently it boosts your metabolism which means you burn calories a lot faster.
Ive tried it but dont drink it on a regular bases.
But i do recommend it (Y)

No. People say it raises the metabolism but it’s by such a teeny weeny amount it doesn’t do anything.
The same applies to that Pu-arh tea - or however it’s spelt - that Victoria Beckham claims keeps her so trim (not the fact she eats fluff all).
Eating healthy, nutritious foods and regular exercise is the way to go - there’s no quick fix for weightloss.

Yes, it helped me. I lost 45 lbs and got off Insulin for my diabetes, it took about 5 months and that’s all that I did. The one which helped me was called “WIRED -diet passion fruit” and lipton diet green tea. I went from 294 to 249 and I am a 57 year old guy who has been heavy all my life.

Yes especially if you are substituting soda for green tea. It has lots of antioxidents in it and it is known to boost your metabolism.

it doesn`t help you loose weight. it`s just a drink with none or very few calories. the only point of it is to replace sodas and caffine drinks

Yes it will help. Green tea is a natural form of caffeine and is shown to raise your metabolic rate. IF you look at many commercial fat burners you will see that they contain green
It is also an anti-oxidant.
