I bought some Green Tea Extract pills the other day cause someone told me they helped you use the bathroom easier. Is this true and what else do they do. Do they help u lose wieght

      Use the bathroom easier? Not really sure what that means ….

      If green tea is going to help you with anything, it's most likely to help you if you *drink* actual green tea.

      Trying to put nutrients into pills is the worst possible way to get those nutrients.
