green tea fat burner?

im kinda scared 2 take them but i would like to loose 20 lbs. i have read some reviews on it and there are alot of 5 stars but there are quite a few of people that got sick or passed out from taking them. any advice. what are my chances of getting sick of them and if i stop taking them will i gain more weight than i lost??? HELP!

      Just drink regular green tea. Hot or Cold. I dont take diet pills because Ive had many negative side effects-dizzy,jittery,more hungry,nauseated,tired, even angry! I do not think diet pill are the answer!

      I don't know,i have read that it is very powerful and it can prevent cancer,heart attack and lower bad cholestrol.

      there are no side effects of green tree but drink it in small doses and don't drink it when it is hot.
      Let it cool down and then drink it.

      I don't know about the pills… I think you're talking about pills(?) , but I know green tea works. Like she said, hot or cold. Aim for about 4 cups a day, more if you can handle it. Not too much though, because it'll dry you out. If you space them out like one on the morning, one mid-morning, one lunch, etc. It increases your resting metabolic rate. I would try that before the pills and see how it works out for you. Also, try to drink a little more water a day. Remember, it a low amount, but tea DOES have caffeine, so not too near bed time…

      Green tea has caffeine, caffeine utilizes fat cells for energy, therefor making it a great fat burner. I drink up to 3 (8 ounce) cups a day, I think that's a safe amount, as long as you don't try to drink like 10 cups a day, I think you will be fine. Make sure your not allergic to any components in green tea, if not, I don't see any problems with supplementing your diet with green tea.

      green tea is veryyy benefitical for your body.it improves the look of your skin and stuff but it doesnt really help with losing weight it help a bit not that much.it kinda stops you from gaining anymore weight.
      dont take pills theyre sooo bad for you! my mom took them and she was dizzy allll the time.
      but just green tea is really good and it tastes good too!

      Green tea White tea and Black tea are all safe teas stemming from the same plant being consumed in South Asia for many centuries
      Having said that, please do NOT buy green tea tablets. EGCG in the Green Tablets is not as effective as the loose tea or teabags.
      If you will stop drinking Green tea, you will not gain weight. EGCG is just an antioxidant. Antioxidant is similar to Vitamins.

      What is the difference between Black, Green, and White tea?
      Black tea, Green tea, and white tea all come from same plant. All these teas have antioxidants that promote weight-loss. These teas also have caffeine.

      For black tea, the fully mature tea leaves are fermented during drying process. Fermentation destroys most of the antioxidants. Black tea has strongest taste, highest amount of caffeine and lowest amount of antioxidant compared to either green-tea or white tea.

      For green tea, mature tea leaves are processed without fermentation Green tea tastes milder than Black tea. It has five times more antioxidants than the black tea. It has lower amount of caffeine than Black tea.

      For White tea, the immature tea leaves are used. The leaves are not fully open and have white hair like fuzz on them. The leaves are processed without fermentation. White tea has the mildest taste, even somewhat sweet. White tea has the highest amount of antioxidants and lowest amount of caffeine compared with Black and Green teas.

      green tea is a great fat burner, it also has something called catechin tahts good fro cholestral related problems..in Japan people drink green tea well normally so i wouldn't be worried too much about drinking it though taking too much pills or like gallons of tea would be bad..so don't worry about drinking it.
      (i'm from japan by the way)
