Green Tea for weight loss: Did that help anyone? Anybody actually noticed that you lost more weight with it?

A few months back I waz told by some girl that drinking Green Tea (up to maybe 5 cups a day) will help me overcome my plateau, she said that it can help me lose up to 6 lbs in one month on my current diet. So did anybody experience successful weight loss after drinking Green Tea for a while?

      Herbal green tea will help, but not lose so soon so much weight. It will help lose weight in healthy way

      Green Tea has so many great uses! Yes, I have lost weight, and no, it does NOT cause you to use the bathroom all of the time, lol. What it does is helps to speed up your metabolism…and that is only one of the benefits. Green Tea can settle an upset tummy..a Green Tea bag, placed on a scrape or a cut, can speed up the healing time AND acts as an antiseptic. I lost 12 pounds using Green Tea as a morning drink, and I still drink it for its many other benefits..(anti-oxidants,etc) The 12 pounds was NOT an immediate, over-night weight loss,and that`s not how any weight loss should be.I lost the 12 pounds in a little over 4 1/2 weeks.I had hit a plateau, and it really did work, and it tastes great iced. :)

      yes and it good for the skin too…been dringking it and helps me discharge everyday no matter ho much a ate in a day…i only drink twice in morning and evening but i never thought that it can lose weight by drinking 6 cup wow im gonna try it and i will tell you if it works for me!
