Green Tea + Green Tea Pills?
My mother is a health nut, and after her friend got cancer, she has been drinking green tea daily for the antioxidents.
Recently, she has wanted to take green tea pills, in addition to drinking the tea.
Has anyone tried this? Is this safe?

I never heard of green tea pills. For the past 2 years I drink about 8 cups of iced green tea daily. So I do not think large quantities can harm anything.

There's probably a limit of green tea your body can take before it becomes useless. if she's already drinking daily for antioxidants then she should be good. So unless she is smoking or lives near a radiation plant, she should be fine with what she drinks now.
Although its worth trying to a week and then seeing how you feel after that time. if it works, it works.

Tell your mother to take green tea and add some lemon juice.
Studies have shown that it increases the antioxidant's by 5 times the original amount.
