Green Tea & Hair Lightening?

February 27th, 2008 · 1 Comment

I have naturally dirty blonde hair, but I dyed it brown. I'm trying to get it a little lighten over the summer, and I heard that lemon juice and tea will lighten hair if you're in the sun a lot. Will green tea do the same thing, or will it fry my hair?

Green tea probably won't do anything to your hair. Lemon juice mixed with water is the way to go.
