Green tea help???

So i researched some ways on how to lose weight and i stumbled upon the green tea diet and it sounds reasonable and healthy and that it helps boost your metabolism which makes you lose weight.

So i was wondering if it matters if you drink it HOT or COLD??
And if LIPTON green tea a good choice of tea??

I know you have to drink like at least 4-6 cups a day,and any extra info is appreciated.

      Going on a fad diet is never a good idea. You can drink green tea with any diet but if you are going on a diet that is strictly green tea, sure you might lose weight but you will gain it back…and then some.

      lipton plain tea may be ok, but not if it's the "iced tea" kind, which has over 20 grams of sugar
      i don't really think it's a good diet, because you have to drink several cups of unsweetedned green tea a day, and it tastes pretty gross that way

      lipton tea has some chemicals in it find a loose green tea…there is no bag and is absolutly all natural..much better for you and TASTES so much better!!

      There is no magic bulet in diets. Green tee ( drank without suggar) might boost your metabolism somewhat, but do not expect wonders.
      Healthy eating habbits (moderate amounts of food, not starving yourself) and excercise is far better long term than searching for a pill/drink that solves your weight problems.
      Also, if you drink ice tea with suggar, you will gain quite enough calories to cover the loss by slightly increased metabolism.

      Idk about the diet, but I find the best green tea is Celestial Seasonings. I drink it hot with half a teaspon of raw honey. Green tea is very good for you!
