I guess it is, if you believe a website that's polluted with dozens of commercial links, posing as a blog that actually has only a single post.
This is my favorite part…"Coffee is bad because it reaches your blood with "dirts".
Clearly this was written by an M.D., who uses words like "dirts".

I don't know about the website, but green tea does have antioxidants which are good for you, and less caffeine than coffee.

yes it is!!! it has jsut a small bit of caffine but not the same as coffee. It's not as harsh on your stomach, it has health benefits as well. I have been drinking it for years and years and i still love it
