Ok so I have heard and read a lot that green tea actually promotes fat burning and is a metabolism booster. But I have also heard that it’s not. I’ve done some research on the internet, but there’s no telling what’s true or not. So is there any real experts out there who know if it’s true? And if so, how many calories does it burn?

I don’t know exactly but I use to take green tea pills before I eat. And I had lost ten pounds in like two weeks. But I also am taking diet pills with ma hung. Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!
