Green tea moisturizer by proactive?

if you have tried it does it work? does it keep skin soft and moisturized without breaking out your skin or have it look shinnny or feeling sticky??? also can you wear it under makeup or with other acne medications other than proactive?

      I have never tried it, but my frend did, and she loved it! she wears it under makeup all the time, and she has great skin!
