Umm they say if you drink green tea you loose alot of weight but it is not to gd to drink much, so if I drink it 3 times a week will I loose weight? and how much do you think?
(and afcourse I will eat, i wont starve myself).

Green tea is good for you and is one of the five foods you are suppose to have in your diet EVERYDAY> I buy the Arizona Diet green tea from wal-mart. Green tea is full of antioxidants. Or make green tea and don't put sugar in it.
The other four foods are. Whole grains, dark green leafy veggies( veggies and fruit), Low fat dairy, handfull of seeds or nuts. And of course lean fish and meats are good to eat to.

yeah it works. dont worry about cutting back on how much you drink of it… just eat sensibly and when you feel the urge to eat something bad have a cup of green tea. i lost 4 pounds in the first two weeks doing this, and about a pound thereafter… its slow but the slower you lose weight the more likely you are not to gain it again

that stuff has lots of antioxidents, it just helps clean your system, you are not going to loose weight, just by drinking green tea, you need to exercise

I drink green tea everyday, but I dont think it helps to lose weight. It does speed up your metabolism though. It's a good drink instead of soda or juice. To lose weight and to see results, you can't do it without exercise.

I drink Green tea daily, actually I make about a gallon a day of Iced sun Green tea.
Lost about 14 lbs and gave me lots of energy. I add Stevia to it to improove the taste

This is true , it does have weight loss properties and may help you lose some weight.I love green tea, you can buy the green or buy it as an iced tea mix or ready made in bottles.But if you don't always have the time to drink the tea, they sell it in a supplement capsule form like at drugstores, even wal mart has it on their shelves.Green tea is natures anti oxidant, and it won't cause any harmful side effects from drinking an excessive amount of it,its natural.It cleanses the body of all the nasty free radicals that cause diseases, I drink the cold tea sometimes, but when I'm on the go I take the capsules instead.The only problem I ever had from drinking green tea hot or taking the capsules is if I take it on an empty stomach, I get nausea from it, so I eat something light before I take it.Heres more info regarding health benefits..

They may be wrong about it and at best partially correct.
You can actually drink about 1 1/2 gallon of water, maximum per day. It will fill you up and you will eat less, but you must exercise also. Only way you can loose weight is by understanding the weight loss mechanism. Please read my articles on the subject and do as you wish.

You must count calories and at least in initial stages write down what you are going to eat and when then stay on that list. Your total calories for the week must not exceed, 1500 x 7 = 10,500 calories this will give you leave way to indulge at special occasions like wedding and parties, but you must write down what you eat and account for the calories latter and adjust the total intake next week.

If you are not too old, then best way to reduce your weight is to increase your height.
Vegetarians have a big advantage, in loosing weight, it cost less and they can satisfy the hunger more easily, some vegetables have only 1 calorie per pound, so they can fill themselves up with it before enjoying each meal, and never go hungry.
Most people should take one a day water soluble multi-vitamins when on this program; they can be purchased at the pharmacy near you.

Proteins: 50 percent of 1500 calories per day = 750 calories.
4.Need to increase muscles bulk, but still reduce weight.
Fat: 10 percent of 1500 calorie per day = 150 calories.
Complex Carbohydrates: 15 percent of 1500 calories per day = 225 calories.
Proteins: 75 percent of 1500 calories per day = 1125 calories.
Exercise the muscles you want to develop, you can find right exercise on line, recommend use of light weights.

In rare cases, you can increase the height up to age 30.
Cycling is good exercise and fun too.
You need to adjust the seat so that when you paddle from seating position you will actually stretch your legs, it is a difficult position but doable. For safety you need to be on track and not in traffic, safety first.
The FEW things I did at least helped me.

Not just playing in water, but serious laps type swimming, do not try to beat the clock but steady full strokes swimming. Remember slow and steady wins the race.

Yes you can lose weight drinking green tea. 6 cups a day is a good amount. There are no scientific proof that green tea has any negative side affects. There is some speculation that if you have an existing Thyroid problem excessive amounts (80+ ounces) green tea can be a problem.
I would drink evenly through the day. A good rule of thumb is to substitute your coffee or AM drink, your soda at lunch and your dinner drink with an 8 ounce glass of DIET or unsweetened green tea. I prefer arizona.
It should not be the only thing you do for losing weight. There are several types of green tea, primarily Sencha and Gyokuro. The difference between the two lies in the way they are grown. Sencha is a higher grade tea grown in full sun; Gyokuro is grown in full shade. This article was very useful to me when deciding to use green tea as part of my diet.
