uhmm i think the daily recomended nutireient value is 8 fluid oz, so about 2 full glasses (1 cup each) even though it is so good that if you get the diet which has 0 calories, you can drink the whole gallon and benefit alot more!! hahah. =]]

I don't know about maximum, but I drink about a gallon a day on weekends, if I'm home. (A 20 ounce cup [it's empty - thanks for reminding me] and I have it filled almost all day. Not only because it's healthy, but because I like it.) During the week I guess I drink 40-60 ounces a day - 2 or 3 cups. (I'll let you know how good that is in about 34 years - I'll be 100 then.)
