I was woundering if i could add a bit of lemon to my green tea without it effecting the health benifits? because i don't really like honey so is it ok for me to add lemon?? please and thankyou?

I think it will be OK. Lemon has been added to tea for centuries. I do it all the time. I don't like "sweet" tea myself. In my opinion, adding lemon give me a little vitamin "C" also.

Absolutely. Lemons are healthy for us too. Lipton has the citrus green tea which ads lemon and limes to it and it is pretty darn good.

Lemon is great in green tea and will add a bit of Vitamin C.
