yea drink it straight or with a little sweetener. not too much since it usually does add calories. but what is more important is eating right and getting active in your life.

yeah you have to drink it on its own, nothing added and try get the most organic one you can get preferably not flavoured and have about 2-4 cups a day….its really good for you, full of antioxidants, highers your metabolism, and it works as an appetite suppressant, i love it!
