If i brew a pitcher( approx 32 oz) of green tea and use 8 tea bags would that be the equivalent of drinking two quarts of tea that day?
If 1 quart uses 4 tea bags, then 8 tea bags would make it double cocentration… would it be safe to say that would double the benfits?

First, it's very difficult to find real green tea that contains all the healthy benefits green tea has the potential for providing. If you are buying tea bags, they have lost most of their good antioxidant properties from sitting on a shelf somewhere. The green tea that is served in Japan is fresh and is very good for you. Lipton tea, for instance is just make-believe-tea. It is loaded with caffeine and very little nutrients.
To truly get the real benefits of green tea, the Japanese people drink, on the average 20 cups of it per day. To get this kind of benefit, there is only one way I've been able to accomplish this. I purchase a green tea extract that is in liquid form and sealed in a specially designed bottle to block out all the light, and has been broken down by friendly bacteria that extracts the caffeine and leaves the phytonutrients and other beneficial nutrients. Just 1 teaspoon of this is equivalent to 20 cups of green tea found in Japan. I typically use 2 teaspoons per day in water and sip it through the day. Since the nutrients have been pre-digested by the bacteria, I'm getting about 105 mg. of phytonutrients in each teaspoon from the fully reduced form. It tastes wonderful and is not overwhelming.
Go to: (800) 370 - 3447 and order some. I know you will be pleased with it, just as I am. I have no affiliation with that company, but use a lot of their products and love them.
good luck to you
