Here at my country (Philippines), we have this hip new diet pills called Xenical.
They really work! My mom lost 20 lbs after taking it regulaly for 2 mo. !!!
It seems to extract fats into oil. You'll be needing long napkins everyday coz you poo has oil extracted in it (w/c is normal).
Ask your doctor about it! It's very effective!

I got them from there mainly, because they were free :).
I'm still using those, and from my experience I can tell you that they work really good. I already lost a big amount of weight, without any side effects at all.
