  those fake pills dont help. do it the real way, just run a miles in the morning or soemthing, dont risk anything by trusting those phony pills!!!!! have a nice day : ) good luck

  It is whown to raise metabolism a bit due to the caffeine in it. There is no super weight loss thing. I took it and had no immediate obvious thing. You still have to be good. It isn;t a magic supplement.

  i dont think they give u a lotta energy but they cant hurt any…..

  i actually asked a doctor about them first and he said they probly wont do anything but no herbal supplements can harm u so i started takin them!!
