The regular mouisterizer they have is not helping and my skin is extremely dry. I was told that the new Green Tea mouisterizer will help. Has anyone tried it?

I have not. But I use a Green Tea aftershave which is great. For moisture I use NApca moisture mist.

lol - I just got your recommendation on another quesiton about black women having an attitude. Thanks. But I just looked at your Avitar and it looks like you have one!
Just kidding. But it did make me laugh.
I havn't tried Proactive Green Tea, but honestly I just use baby oil when it gets dry in the winter. AND, as I said before, my best friend is a black woman. She got me to use Palmer's Cocoa Butter and it worked like a charm, but I'm allergic so it made me get a rash that I had for two years. I thought it was just extra dry so I started putting concentrated Palmer's on it until the dermatologist told me I'm allergic. He gave me a prescription cream to put on and it was gone in two days. LOL
Last but not least, she and her sister use Proactiv for their acne (although I can't even see it - perhaps that's why), and they swear by it.
Peace out, sister.
