Actually I had a family member that tried it and she got diarrhea. I think its just a gimmick there really is no such thing a a miracle pill that will make you lose weight. The best thing to do is eat right and exercise. Also some pills make you lose weight because they make you sweat but all you do there is lose water weight which is gained back as soon as you drink water. lol there is no easy way to lose weight unless you get liposuction.

It's no miracle, but it does help your metabolism a bit. I have used it off and on for a few months, and I'd say on the order of maybe 50 to 100 calories a day, if you're drinking two to three cups. I have heard reports of as much as 300 calories per day (an extra 2/3 of a pound a week) but that is with 6 or 8 cups per day. Just be sure to drink it straight, without any added sugar- it's best hot with perhaps lemon & Sweet n Low.

There is really no substitute for diet & exercise, but Wulong tea (or Oolong) does have positive health benefits. It's relaxing, it definitely helps clear up any skin problems, and is chock full of antioxidants. I wouldn't bother buying the fancy advertised one, though- go to your local Chinese grocery store and they'll have it for 1/3 of the price or less.

      Cheers!

P.S. The diarrhea thing is total B.S., I've fed my tea to several family members and if anything they felt better afterwards.

I never tried that before but I did and still am drinking "Evamor2 and the band is SAKZULY. You can find it in any supermarket. It has Artisian Water, Potasium, Chromium, Molybdenum, Selenium and Vanadium…Molybdenum is the ingredient who makes you loose weight.
      Try it.
